    Type: ALLX SPCS and hit Go for a list of indexes. The index provides data for the US and for large metro areas back to 1987.

  • U.S. residential land price index created by Professor Morris A. Davis, goes back to 1930 and provides the U.S. ratio of gross rents to prices as well as other real estate data. Morris is Professor of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
